A priceless Buddha statue looted by Nazis in Tibet in the 1930s was carved from a meteorite which crashed to the Earth 15,000 years ago, according to new research.

Very fascinating, I had no idea! Meteorites have obviously made a spiritual impact upon humanity. The Kaaba in Mecca has a very, very old meteorite on one corner that worshippers, try to get close enough to, to kiss as they walk around the Kaaba during the Hajj.
